Our ward attaches great importance to talent development. Despite staffing shortages, it encourages young physicians to apply for doctoral programs; it regularly selects and sends physicians abroad for study and within China for further training, keeping pace with the times and updating their knowledge. Among them, Dr. Yao Yue is currently undertaking exchange studies at the University of Hong Kong.
We attach importance to training residents and young teachers, strictly implement the rules for standardized resident training and pre-service training for young teachers, conduct regular rotations and assessments, and all have successfully passed the assessments and obtained qualifications; multiple individuals have also received commendations in hospital-level young teachers’ teaching skills competitions.

In addition to common diseases such as diabetes and its complications and thyroid diseases, it also places particular emphasis on the diagnosis and treatment of pediatric diabetes, hypothalamic-pituitary diseases, adrenal diseases, gonadal diseases, endocrine diseases during pregnancy, secondary hypertension, and various hypokalemic conditions. It improves service quality and strives to achieve 0 complaints. It strengthens management of provincial and municipal medical insurance, strictly observes all medical-insurance regulations, does not issue take-home medications, reduces examination and treatment costs, and eliminates patient shifting and excessive medical treatment.
