Since its establishment in March 2016, the Department of Hematology at Shulan (Hangzhou) Hospital, as a key development/featured specialty of the hospital, has grown into a professional team comprising 19 medical staff members (including 7 physicians and 3 experts with senior professional titles) and 46 open beds. Integrating medical care, scientific research, and advanced technologies, we are committed to providing patients with high-quality diagnosis and treatment services.

The department specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of malignant hematologic tumors (such as leukemia, lymphoma, and myeloma), bleeding and coagulation disorders, and various types of anemia, with the precise diagnosis and treatment of “thrombocytopenia” as a distinctive area of expertise. Relying on a strong multidisciplinary team, we are committed to identifying the causes of various conditions in patients (including immune-related, hereditary, and secondary to tumors) and providing individualized plans ranging from conventional to cutting-edge approaches (such as novel TPO-RA drugs and immune modulation).

On this foundation, we further take cellular immunotherapy (such as CAR-T) as a core technical pillar, comprehensively building a medical service system covering the entire process of “prevention-diagnosis-treatment-rehabilitation,” with the aim of holding out the hope of life for all patients with diseases of the hematologic system.
