Interventional Radiology Department

The Imaging Intervention Center of Hangzhou First People’s Hospital, through joint collaboration between the departments of radiology and ultrasound, applies unified standards for diagnosis and treatment and optimizes its workflow, with the aim of shortening treatment time, improving prognosis, and reducing medical expenses.

This Imaging Intervention Center is one of the earliest units among Hangzhou’s municipal hospitals to provide interventional diagnosis and treatment. It currently has more than 10 staff members, including 1 chief physician and 3 associate chief physicians, and has an interventional ward. The center is fully equipped and currently has a variety of internationally advanced medical imaging and interventional treatment equipment.
