Lecheng Hospital of Hainan Medical University First Affiliated Hospital (formerly Ciming Boao International Hospital) is a private hospital in the Boao Lecheng pilot zone, founded in 2015 by Dr. Han Xiaohong, creator of the Ciming health-checkup model, and now operating under a franchise cooperation with Hainan Medical University First Affiliated Hospital. Its assisted reproduction center can legally offer first-, second- and third-generation IVF and works with US fertility teams. The hospital also focuses on health checkups, chronic disease management and licensed imported drugs and devices.

Ruijin Hainan Hospital (Hainan Boao Research Hospital) is the only public hospital in the Boao Lecheng pilot zone, built by the Hainan provincial government with Shanghai's Ruijin Hospital as the output hospital; phase one has 500 approved beds. It was approved as a fourth-batch National Regional Medical Center project in October 2022 and focuses on oncology/hematology, cardio-cerebrovascular/metabolic and neuroscience discipline clusters. By end-2023 it had introduced 85 licensed new drug and device projects, and it is connected to the national medical insurance platform for cross-province settlement.

West China Lecheng Hospital, Sichuan University

West China Lecheng Hospital, Sichuan University (also called Hainan Haikong Lecheng Hospital) is a non-profit general hospital in the Boao Lecheng pilot zone, invested by Hainan Development Holdings and fully managed by West China Hospital of Sichuan University; it opened in November 2024 with 200 phase-one beds. Its centers cover biomedicine/cell therapy, stomatology (experts from West China Hospital of Stomatology), health management, day treatment and oncology innovation.
