Zhejiang Hospital’s Department of Neurosurgery has undergone more than two decades of development and accumulated experience and currently has 11 specialist physicians, including 1 chief physician, 4 deputy chief physicians, and 5 attending physicians. Its scope of diagnosis and treatment covers various neurosurgical diseases, including brain tumors, spinal cord tumors, pituitary tumors, craniopharyngeal tumors, intracranial arteriovenous malformations, intracranial aneurysms, hydrocephalus, hemifacial spasm, trigeminal neuralgia, cranial deformities, and craniocerebral injuries. Drawing on years of accumulated clinical experience and discipline development, the department has established a multidisciplinary enhanced recovery after surgery team that integrates surgical treatment, nursing, and rehabilitation throughout the entire care process.
