Zhejiang Hospital's Pain Department became independent in 2022 and focuses on diagnosis and treatment of chronic pain. Physical therapy and minimally invasive intervention are its core approaches. It is equipped with EMS radial and focused extracorporeal shock-wave systems and a radiofrequency pain-treatment device, and uses the hospital's DSA, CT and other major imaging equipment to perform a broad range of minimally invasive pain interventions.
