Urology

Urology is a major department with 4 senior, 5 intermediate and 2 junior physicians. It handles over 30,000 outpatient visits, 1,500 admissions and more than 1,000 operations annually, using laser, lithotripsy, ureteroscopy and TUR. Services include shock-wave lithotripsy, laparoscopy, plasma prostate and bladder-tumor resection, PCNL, ureteroscopic surgery, male genital reconstruction and microsurgical varicocele repair. Integrated Chinese-Western treatment of stones, male sexual dysfunction and infertility is a specialty.
