Reproductive Genetics Department

The Department of Reproductive Genetics was established in 2010 by Professor HUANG Hefeng, a renowned specialist in reproductive genetics and an academician of the Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences, who also served as its first director. Guided by the mission of “blocking hereditary birth defects at the source and improving the quality of the newborn population,” the department is committed to building an integrated reproductive genetic health service system covering the full cycle of “pre-pregnancy–antenatal–newborn.”
