Pediatric Cardiology Department

By January 2021, a total of 1932 person-times of pediatric interventional diagnostic and therapeutic procedures had been completed, including 1390 closure procedures for congenital heart disease (532 atrial septal defect closure procedures, 214 ventricular septal defect closure procedures, and 644 patent ductus arteriosus closure procedures), as well as 5 radiofrequency ablations (4 for paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia and 1 for frequent premature ventricular contractions). In January 2021, the department's independent organizational status was abolished.
