Cardiac Care Unit (CCU)
There are 52 open beds, and each bed is equipped with a Pillips multiparameter monitor. The department is equipped with examination and treatment equipment including the German Siemens SERVO-i ventilator, the Swedish Prismaflex continuous blood purification machine, a heart failure ultrafiltration dehydration device, a bedside ultrasound machine, a cardiac output monitor, a bedside X-ray machine, and a blood gas monitor.
IABP-assisted bedside implantation, mechanical ventilation, bedside blood purification, ultrafiltration dehydration treatment for heart failure, artificial membrane lung (ECMO), myocardial biopsy, right heart catheterization, and other treatment techniques can be routinely performed. Cutting-edge drugs are used in clinical practice, and life-support devices such as ECMO are actively implemented, providing hope of survival for patients with acute severe heart disease and those with chronic end-stage heart failure, enabling them to recover their health or transition to left ventricular assist device implantation or heart transplantation, thereby aligning with international standards.
