Taikang Xianlin Gulou Hospital and Nanjing Children's Hospital jointly established the “Xianlin Branch of Nanjing Children's Hospital”, and currently, Director Zhang Zhihua, a deputy chief physician in the Department of Gastroenterology of Nanjing Children's Hospital, serves as the administrative director of our Department of Pediatrics and provides outpatient consultations at our hospital on a long-term basis. The Department of Pediatrics currently has 39 medical and nursing staff members, including 2 chief physicians, 3 deputy chief physicians, 7 attending physicians, and 20 nurses. The pediatric ward has 32 beds in operation and includes single rooms, double rooms, and triple rooms, meeting the inpatient needs of children in the surrounding area. The department cooperates with the International Medical Department to address the healthcare needs of foreign nationals. Every Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday, Nanjing Children's Hospital dispatches several experts at the associate-senior level or above to provide outpatient consultations in our department and regularly conduct ward rounds in the pediatric ward, thereby implementing homogeneous management of the department and striving to provide high-quality health services for children in the surrounding areas and even throughout the city.
