Rehabilitation After Hematopoietic Stem Cell Transplantation Multidisciplinary Outpatient Clinic
Sir Run Run Shaw Hospital, Zhejiang University School of Medicine
Introduction
After hematopoietic stem cell transplantation, patients have a poor quality of life due to transplant complications such as chronic graft-versus-host disease and infections, as well as disorders of reproductive hormone secretion, which affect long-term survival. Chronic graft-versus-host disease can affect multiple organs throughout the body and cause functional impairment, requiring multidisciplinary diagnosis and treatment. The multidisciplinary outpatient clinic for rehabilitation after hematopoietic stem cell transplantation provides patients who have received hematopoietic stem cell transplantation with standardized follow-up, treatment, and rehabilitation management throughout the entire course.
