The department provides various professional services in gynecology and obstetrics. Gynecology offers family planning and post-abortion care; diagnosis and treatment of cervical diseases, and specialized treatment and surgery for HPV infections of the reproductive tract; diagnosis and treatment, surgery, radiotherapy and chemotherapy, etc., for common gynecological diseases and tumors. Obstetrics offers preconception clinics, prenatal care, one-stop childbirth (LDR and LDRP delivery rooms), postpartum rehabilitation and a confinement center, providing comprehensive perinatal care, painless labor throughout the entire process, intrauterine fetal monitoring, examinations of placental function and fetal maturity, and intrauterine screening for congenital fetal malformations and hereditary diseases; diagnosis and treatment of high-risk pregnancies (pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome, intrauterine growth restriction, intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy, placental insufficiency, etc.); diagnosis and treatment of dystocia; diagnosis and treatment of postpartum complications; 24-hour uninterrupted newborn care, postpartum recovery and conditioning guidance, etc., thereby fully providing one-stop services covering pregnancy, delivery, recovery and rest. The department currently has specialized operating rooms in the outpatient and inpatient departments and performs various types of surgery carried out in tertiary hospitals, such as painless abortion, painless insertion and removal of intrauterine devices, colposcopy and cervical LEEP surgery, hysteroscopy and hysteroscopic surgery, cesarean section for high-risk pregnancies, radical tumor surgery, correction of female reproductive tract malformations, vaginal surgery and intimate reconstruction, laparoscopy and other minimally invasive surgeries.
