- Established in December 2015; currently has 19 medical and nursing staff members, including 1 with a senior professional title and 2 with intermediate professional titles, and 17 open beds.

- Core focus: Specializes in various neurosurgical procedures, including surgery and interventional treatment for cerebrovascular diseases, minimally invasive surgical treatment for functional neurological diseases, and individualized treatment for severe craniocerebral injuries and cerebral hemorrhage, among others. The scope of diseases treated includes cerebral hemorrhage, traumatic brain injury, functional neurosurgery, tumors of the nervous system, and others. It has also maintained long-term medical project cooperation with multiple well-known domestic neurosurgical teams, providing patients with comprehensive services.
