Pathology

Preparations for the Pathology Diagnostic Center began in 2014. It was formally established and began providing services on December 6, 2015, and has taken over management of pathology departments at several institutions, including Shulan (Hangzhou) Hospital and Shaoxing Paojiang Hospital. The center developed its quality management system in accordance with international JCI standards, College of American Pathologists (CAP) standards, and CNAS 15189. Through communicating the system requirements, engaging all staff, preparing system documents, formally operating the system, conducting internal audits, management reviews and external audits, it established a quality management system capable of continuous improvement and self-refining processes, ultimately aligning fully with the group’s quality management system.
