【Department Establishment History】 The Bonded Zone Community Health Service Center was established in 2019 【Department Honors】 It is currently a grassroots practice base for standardized training of general-practice residents of Shenzhen Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine, a rehabilitation station for persons with disabilities in the Bonded Zone community, a home- and community-based elderly care service station in Fubao Community, Fubao Subdistrict, Futian District, a chest-pain treatment unit, an excellent demonstration base for the integrated traditional Chinese medicine project combining medical treatment and disease prevention, and the 2024 Outstanding Department Award for standardized training of traditional Chinese medicine physicians. 【Department Leadership】 Li Tianhao serves as the person in charge of the department. 【Scope of Services】 In basic diagnosis and treatment, the department provides general-practice diagnosis and treatment, traditional Chinese medicine diagnosis and treatment, emergency care, two-way referrals, as well as health care, family-planning technology and consultation services; meanwhile, in accordance with the specifications for the national basic public health service projects, it provides resident health-record management, health education, preventive vaccination, health management for children aged 0–6 years, maternal health management, health management for older adults, health management for patients with chronic diseases, management of patients with severe mental disorders, health management for patients with pulmonary tuberculosis, traditional Chinese medicine health management, reporting and handling of infectious diseases and public health emergencies, and health supervision assistance; in addition, through the family doctor contracting service project, family doctor teams provide residents with comprehensive and continuous health management, including health management, referral appointments, medication guidance, and traditional Chinese medicine “preventive treatment of disease,” among other services. 【Department Operations】 The Bonded Zone Community Health Service Center currently has 17 medical and nursing personnel, including 8 doctors, 6 nurses, 1 laboratory technologist, 1 rehabilitation therapist, and 1 dentist; it covers a service area of 1.35 square kilometers, serves 60,000 enterprise employees in its jurisdiction, and has 1,830 square meters of operational premises. It was the earliest community health service center to enter the Hetao Fubao Park. The Bonded Zone Community Health Service Center has opened outpatient departments for general practice, acupuncture and tuina, stomatology and other specialties; provides routine laboratory tests, electrocardiography and other auxiliary examinations; and is equipped with a child health room, planned immunization vaccination room, treatment room, injection room, women’s health room, gynecological examination room, gynecological treatment room, family doctor studio, health information management room, acupuncture and tuina room, rehabilitation and physiotherapy room, fumigation treatment room, famous traditional Chinese medicine practitioner studio and other facilities. The community health center mainly serves employees in the park. Based on their age structure, occupational characteristics, health status and disease-spectrum characteristics, it leverages the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine in diagnosing and treating common diseases and in disease rehabilitation, providing basic medical and health services such as general-practice diagnosis and treatment, traditional Chinese medicine diagnosis and treatment, preventive vaccination, emergency care, two-way referral services, physical examinations for chronic disease patients and older adults, health care, and family-planning technology and consultation services, as well as comprehensive and continuous health management services. It fully leverages the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine services of the municipal hospital of traditional Chinese medicine and continuously improves its traditional Chinese medicine service capabilities, including such appropriate traditional Chinese medicine techniques as acupuncture, cupping, gua sha, balance cupping, tendon-release cupping, stone-needle moxibustion, acupoint application, ear-acupoint pressing with seeds, joint-movement tuina, meridian-point tuina, and constitution identification. The community health center has 4 family doctor teams, which provide enterprise employees with free, one-to-one online medical consultation services. It also provides enterprises with customized health education lectures, free medical consultations and medical services at their premises according to the characteristics of their workforce. At the same time, drawing on the high-quality specialized medical resources of Shenzhen Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine, it regularly sends experts to enterprise parks to conduct free medical consultations according to the needs of the park, safeguarding the health of industrial-park employees. The center takes Party building as the entry point, establishes in-depth cooperation with enterprises, and accelerates solutions to park employees’ demand for high-quality resources within 8 hours. By taking family doctor services as the foundation, integrating online and offline services by family doctors with park employees, and using the community health center as the link, it enables high-quality resources from municipal hospitals to reach the park in a timely manner, allowing park employees to enjoy high-quality medical resources with timeliness and accessibility. It explores a new model for community health centers to serve enterprises and expands the coverage of high-quality municipal medical resources in industrial parks. 【Department Group Photo】
