Breast and Thyroid Surgery

Diagnosis and treatment of thyroid- and breast-related diseases, including thyroid nodules, thyroid cancer, Hashimoto thyroiditis, breast nodules, mammary hyperplasia, and breast cancer; particularly skilled in minimally invasive endoscopic thyroid surgery, open surgery, breast mass excision, breast-conserving surgery, sentinel lymph node surgery, and modified radical mastectomy for breast cancer

Has worked in the diagnosis and treatment of breast and thyroid diseases for many years. Specializes in endoscopic thyroid surgery, breast-conserving oncoplastic surgery for breast cancer, breast reconstruction, endoscopic resection of gynecomastia in men, minimally invasive rotary excision of small breast lesions, standardized and individualized treatment of thyroid and breast cancer. Actively promotes oncoplastic breast-conserving and breast reconstruction surgery and endoscopic thyroid surgery in the province.

Clinical strengths include multiple clinical initiatives: 1. Performed our hospital’s first thyroid en bloc surgery; 2. Developed our hospital’s first tubeless treatment protocol for total thyroidectomy 3. Performed our hospital’s first minimally invasive parathyroid surgery; 4. Performed our hospital’s first staged thyroid surgery. 5. In collaboration with the CT department, performed the first preoperative localization imaging of a thyroid tumor, making preoperative localization and characterization more precise; 6. In collaboration with MRI, performed the first preoperative localization of a parathyroid tumor, achieving precise individualized surgery; Treatment philosophy: cure disease while placing the patient’s quality of life first. 1. Thyroid cancer: precision surgery. Anatomic dissection with in situ preservation of the parathyroid glands and recurrent laryngeal nerves. Each operation takes at least 2 hours to ensure precise completion. 2. Breast cancer: breast-conserving surgery and immediate breast reconstruction, helping women live with greater confidence. Sentinel lymph-node biopsy preserves lymph-node immune function, prevents upper-limb lymphedema, and improves quality of life.

Has long practiced breast and thyroid tumor surgery, with “precision, radical treatment, and aesthetics” as core technical features, and is skilled in radical breast-conserving surgery for breast cancer, mastectomy with immediate or delayed reconstruction, and standardized radical and function-preserving surgery for thyroid cancer.

Specializes in comprehensive, surgery-centered treatment of breast and thyroid tumors; breast-conserving surgery for early breast cancer, radical mastectomy, oncoplastic breast surgery, and individualized treatment; proficient in radical surgical resection of thyroid tumors with preservation of surrounding organ function, as well as standardized cosmetic treatment of the neck.

Routine open and endoscopic procedures in breast and thyroid surgery for thyroid cancer, breast cancer, and other conditions, including endoscopic radical surgery for thyroid cancer, endoscopic breast cancer resection and reconstruction, endoscopic excision of parathyroid adenomas, and endoscopic surgery for gynecomastia; highly proficient in robotic thyroid surgery.
