Mental Health Counseling

Shanghai Raffles Hospital Mental Health Centre aims to provide psychological support to children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families, including mental health assessments, diagnosis, psychological counselling, and medication treatment. In addition to professional mental health services, the Centre also provides consultations for people of different age groups in areas such as the stages of child development, couple relationships, perinatal mental health, and personal career development. Our psychological counsellors and psychiatrists have all received professional training grounded in clinical practice and empirical evidence, including play therapy, family therapy, trauma therapy, and cognitive behavioural therapy. We aim to help clients better cope with the various issues and challenges in life, studies, work, and relationships.
