Responsible for operating the management system for the medical alliance work of the Group; 4. Responsible for the operational management of the two-way referral work of the Group under hierarchical diagnosis and treatment; 5. Responsible for managing and implementing the health poverty alleviation work of the Group; 6. Responsible for implementing and managing external government projects benefiting the public and public health projects; 7.
