Health Management Centre

The health examination center at Qingdao Municipal Hospital’s East Campus was established in 2002. The hospital describes it as the city’s largest specialized examination center. It received Qingdao’s Women’s Civilized Post designation in 2007 and serves as a chronic disease education base.

The center occupies an independent space separate from regular patients. It offers group, individual, pre-employment and specialized examinations, along with tailored services. More than 30 health examination packages are available, and examinations can be personalized to a person’s health and medical history. Its specialist team provides health examinations and consultations. Systematic digital management supports health records for individual and group clients, health education, medical follow-up and health consultations.

The department has a quality management system and assessment standards with supervision and checks. It aims to improve service through initiatives including star-rated service, 5S nursing and innovation in knowledge, skills and service awareness.
