Hepatobiliary Surgery

The Hepatobiliary Surgery Department specializes in precise, minimally invasive and systematic surgery for liver, bile-duct, pancreatic, portal-hypertension and transplant diseases. It is the core unit of Peking University International Hospital’s hepatobiliary-pancreatic tumor MDT, performs laparoscopic and robot-assisted surgery, anatomical liver resection, complex hilar cholangiocarcinoma resection, conversion therapy for advanced malignancies and laparoscopic pancreaticoduodenectomy, and has extensive standardized multidisciplinary experience in gallstone disease and biliary infection.
