Andrology Department

Our hospital's Department of Andrology was established in June 1980, and our hospital is one of the earliest hospitals in Shanghai and, indeed, in the whole country to provide andrology services. After more than 20 years of unremitting effort, the department has achieved major accomplishments in both clinical work and scientific research; its level of diagnosis and treatment ranks among the most advanced of provincial- and municipal-level maternal and child specialty hospitals, and it is particularly at the forefront in Shanghai in the field of male infertility.

At present, the Department of Andrology has one chief physician, two deputy chief physicians, two attending physicians, and one resident physician, all of whom have obtained certificates of successful completion of training issued by the Andrology Training Center designated by the Ministry of Health.
