The Digestive Endoscopy Center of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine was established in 2007, and a branch center was established at the Hanan Branch in 2021. The endoscopy centers at the two campuses operate under an integrated management model. The two campuses have a total of 11 medical and nursing personnel, including 4 full-time physicians with intermediate or higher professional titles.

The center is equipped with internationally advanced OLYMPUS CV-290 endoscopy systems and HD-500 endoscopy systems, an OLYMPUS high-frequency electrosurgical system, and other equipment. It widely performs painless gastroscopy and colonoscopy. In addition to routine digestive endoscopy examinations, the center also carries out multiple endoscopic treatment procedures, using endoscopy to perform electrocoagulation resection of gastrointestinal polyps, foreign body removal, and endoscopic submucosal dissection (ESD) for early gastrointestinal cancer and submucosal lesions. At the same time, it conducts clinical and research work on traditional Chinese medicine intervention treatment for precancerous lesions such as polyposis and atrophic gastritis in conjunction with endoscopy.

Our hospital is a hospital without holidays. The Digestive Endoscopy Center receives patients throughout the year and provides endoscopic diagnosis and treatment services during holidays, making it convenient for the public to seek medical care.
