Dental Medicine Centre

The Center for Stomatology at the Xiangfang Campus of Heilongjiang Provincial Hospital is designated as a “Heilongjiang Provincial Key Discipline” and a “Heilongjiang Provincial Leading-Talent Echelon.” It currently has 29 medical and healthcare staff members, including 7 chief physicians, 5 associate chief physicians, 8 attending physicians, 4 nursing staff members, 2 radiologic technologists, and 3 oral microbiome researchers. The Center comprises specialized departments including Oral Surgery, Prosthodontics, Orthodontics, Conservative Dentistry, General Dentistry (Pediatric Dentistry), Dental Implantology, Oral Mucosal Diseases, and Oral Radiology.

The department has repeatedly received such honors as “Provincial Civilized Model Department” and “Provincial Women’s Civilized Post.” Within the hospital, it has also repeatedly received numerous honors, including “Advanced Collective for the Development of Professional Conduct,” “Best Talent Development Award,” “Best Window Service Award,” “Advanced Collective,” and “Advanced Group for Quality Nursing Services.” It is the only “Root Canal Microscope Training Base” in the three northeastern provinces and is also the only institution where procedures are performed entirely under a root canal microscope.
