Heilongjiang Provincial Hospital’s Burn Department was founded in 1963 and became a provincial key specialty in 1994. It has burn care and wound-reconstruction units, 5 doctors, 23 nurses, advanced treatment of severe, airway, electrical, chemical, radiation and pediatric burns, and more than 80 published papers.
