Breast Surgery

The Department of Breast Surgery at Hangzhou First People's Hospital specializes in the clinical diagnosis and treatment, scientific research, and teaching of various breast diseases. In 2011, the Breast Surgery Department, Ultrasound Department, Department of Radiology, Department of Pathology, Department of Medical Oncology, and Department of Radiation Oncology of Hangzhou First People's Hospital jointly established the Breast Cancer Treatment Collaboration Group of Hangzhou First People's Hospital. In 2014, the Hangzhou Municipal Health Commission awarded it the title of “Hangzhou Breast Cancer Diagnosis and Treatment Center.” In 2020, after passing the review by the National Cancer Center, it became one of the first batch of National Breast Cancer Standardized Diagnosis and Treatment Centers.
