Fetoscopic laser coagulation of placental communicating vessels: More than 160 cases of intrauterine treatment for complex twin pregnancies (TTTS, TAPS, sIUGR, and TRAPS) have been performed in total, including more than 40 cases in 2024; 80% of the cases came from Guangzhou and outside Guangdong Province. Through continuous improvement of surgical techniques and the accumulation of experience, overall fetal survival has improved significantly, and gestational age at delivery has gradually increased. This technology was approved as a Guangzhou clinical high-tech development project, and the academic leader has repeatedly provided pioneering technical guidance outside the province and city. 2. Comprehensive technology for the prediction, prevention, and treatment of hypertensive disorders of pregnancy: 2,800 individuals at risk for hypertensive disorders of pregnancy were screened; among them, 730 were at high risk for preeclampsia, with more than 793 regular follow-up visits during pregnancy; 183 have delivered, and phased results have been achieved. 3. Comprehensive treatment of pernicious placenta: Through continuous improvement of the comprehensive surgical pathway and the use of three-dimensional reconstruction technology, a modified 3P technique for placenta accreta was developed. More than 20 uterus-preserving procedures have been successfully completed, with good outcomes. 4. Uterine electromyography monitoring technology: Uterine electromyography monitoring has been incorporated into clinical practices such as monitoring uterine power during labor and determining the timing of delivery, providing new ideas and a new basis for clinical decision-making. Uterine electromyography monitoring has also gradually evolved from a clinical high-tech technology into a routine monitoring technology, continuously broadening clinical diagnostic and treatment approaches. Further development of this project will have great significance for guiding precision obstetric medicine.
