Traditional Chinese Medicine Pediatric Clinic（清远院区）

The Department of Traditional Chinese Medicine Pediatrics at our hospital integrates child health care, pediatric constitution regulation, and the prevention and treatment of common childhood diseases. It uses comprehensive interventions including acupoint application, pediatric tuina, Sifeng needling, acupuncture, constitution identification, and Chinese herbal decoctions, with the aim of comprehensively improving children’s physical constitution, enhancing their resistance to disease, and promoting growth and development. Its specialty conditions include: 1. Respiratory system diseases: such as fever, the common cold, cough, recurrent respiratory tract infections, allergic rhinitis, allergic cough, herpangina, acute bronchitis, pneumonia, bronchial asthma, and so on. 2. Digestive system diseases: such as diarrhea, anorexia, infantile malnutrition, constipation, pediatric mesenteric lymphadenitis, vomiting, and so on. 3. Diseases of growth and development: such as delayed growth and development, short stature, precocious puberty, and so on. 4. Other diseases: such as eczema, jaundice, allergic purpura, hyperhidrosis, enuresis, hand-foot-and-mouth disease, epidemic parotitis, chickenpox, attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder in children, tic disorder, and so on.
