Twin Pregnancy Clinic (Complex Twin Pregnancies)（番禺院区）

The Twin Pregnancy Clinic provides pregnant women carrying twins with pregnancy monitoring plans, fetal prognosis assessment, and intrauterine treatment. For complicated twin pregnancies, such as twin-to-twin transfusion syndrome (TTTS), selective intrauterine growth restriction (sIUGR), twin reversed arterial perfusion syndrome (TRAP), twin anemia-polycythemia sequence (TAPs), and abnormal development in one of the twins, it formulates individualized plans for pregnancy monitoring, prenatal diagnosis, and intrauterine treatment. Over the past 3 years, it received a total of 6627 patient visits for twin and multiple pregnancies, including nearly 400 cases involving selective fetal reduction by radiofrequency ablation.
