Hand and Foot Microsurgery

The Hand and Foot Surgery Department is led by Chief Physician and master’s supervisor Tong Zhihong, a microsurgery specialist who has studied in leading Beijing and Shanghai centers and the United States. The team pioneered complex vascularized flap and free-bone reconstruction, Northeast China’s first total-scalp replantation, eight-finger replantation and composite-tissue total-hand reconstruction, earning multiple municipal and provincial awards. It has 32 beds and 16 medical and nursing staff.
