Breast Oncology

The Breast Oncology Department of the Second Hospital of Dalian Medical University, founded in 2013, is a national and provincial key specialty with 40 beds, over 12,000 outpatient visits and more than 5,000 admissions yearly. It provides prevention, early curative treatment, advanced rescue and palliative care, multidisciplinary consultation and individualized international-standard therapy. It has published over 60 SCI papers, led six National Natural Science Foundation projects and helped develop more than 20 breast-cancer guidelines and consensuses.
