Pharmacy Department

The Department of Pharmacy of Chongqing Songshan Hospital takes “safety and compliance, quality and efficiency” as its core service philosophy, aims to improve hospital pharmaceutical affairs management and continuously enhance the level of pharmaceutical services provided to patients and clinical departments, and actively promotes standardized and modern management models. In strict accordance with national laws, regulations, and the latest policies, the department is responsible for organizing and implementing the supply and dispensing of medicines for the hospital’s medical care, teaching, and scientific research; clinical rational medication services and information consultation; functional oversight and control; and scientific research and teaching, thereby ensuring that medication is economical, safe, and effective. The department comprises the outpatient pharmacy, inpatient pharmacy, drug warehouse, convenience pharmacy, traditional Chinese medicine pharmacy, clinical pharmacy office, and other units.
