Laboratory Medicine

The Department of Laboratory Medicine at Chongqing Hygeia Hospital is organized into specialized discipline groups, with distinctive areas of expertise and a well-structured staffing hierarchy. It is equipped with advanced fully automated testing instruments and equipment and has implemented information-based management throughout the laboratory and the entire testing process. It currently comprises the Hematology Laboratory, Clinical Chemistry and Immunology Laboratory, Microbiology Laboratory, Molecular Biology Laboratory, Blood Transfusion Laboratory, and others.
