The breast surgery physician team consists of the breast surgery diagnosis and treatment team of Xinhua Hospital Affiliated to Shanghai Jiao Tong University, the team of BenQ Medical Center Affiliated to Nanjing Medical University, and the breast surgery diagnosis and treatment team of Suzhou BenQ Hospital.

The Department of Breast Surgery of Suzhou BenQ Hospital is a specialized discipline integrating the early diagnosis of breast diseases, standardized surgery, comprehensive treatment, clinical teaching, and basic scientific research, with the joint development of “medicine, teaching, and research.” It routinely performs oncoplastic breast-conserving radical surgery for breast cancer, modified radical surgery for breast cancer, prosthesis implantation surgery, autologous flap reconstruction surgery, and subcutaneous gland excision for male gynecomastia, as well as minimally invasive rotary excision surgery and concealed axillary incisions; it innovatively combines the traditional skin knife with minimally invasive endoscopic surgery.
