Critical Care Medicine
With the rapid advancement of modern medical technology, many critically ill patients who could not be treated in the past have been given a new lease on life. There are many common pathophysiological characteristics among different types of patients. Treating critically ill patients as a special group and providing specialized research and independent management has demonstrated significant advantages through its professionalized approach. Therefore, in recent years, ICUs at hospitals of all levels have developed rapidly.
The Intensive Care Medicine Department ward is located on the 3rd floor of the inpatient department and is connected to the operating room by a passageway, facilitating the direct transfer of postoperative patients.
