Thyroid Disease Diagnosis and Treatment Center

The thyroid disease center is a multidisciplinary team of more than 40 members from otolaryngology–head and neck surgery, general surgery, endocrinology, ultrasound, radiology, pathology, nuclear medicine, anesthesiology and other specialties. It includes nine chief physicians and 11 associate chief physicians and has an established, standardized care system. Its features include one-stop assessment and treatment of thyroid nodules and multidisciplinary care for difficult or critical thyroid diseases. It integrates diagnosis, treatment and follow-up across the care pathway and uses multidisciplinary consultations for complex cases to provide standardized, individualized treatment.
