Thyroid cancer: precision surgery. Anatomic dissection with in situ preservation of the parathyroid glands and recurrent laryngeal nerves. Each operation takes at least 2 hours to ensure precise completion. 2. Breast cancer: breast-conserving surgery and immediate breast reconstruction, helping women live with greater confidence. Sentinel lymph-node biopsy preserves lymph-node immune function, prevents upper-limb lymphedema, and improves quality of life.
