Extensive clinical experience with liver cancer, hepatic hemangioma, gallbladder cancer, bile duct cancer, gallstones, intrahepatic and extrahepatic bile duct stones, portal hypertension, pancreatic tumors, duodenal tumors, and retroperitoneal tumors. Areas of expertise: 1. Comprehensive treatment of liver cancer and liver metastases. Proficient in complex laparoscopic and open liver resection, radiofrequency/microwave ablation of small liver cancers and liver metastases, and individualized comprehensive treatment of all types of liver cancer and liver metastases; 2. Surgical treatment of benign and malignant pancreatic tumors. Particular experience in preventing and treating pancreatic fistula and intra-abdominal infection after pancreatic surgery; 3. Minimally invasive treatment of biliary stones using laparoscopy combined with choledochoscopy. Includes minimally invasive surgery for gallstones and intrahepatic and extrahepatic bile duct stones; 4. Surgical treatment of various malignant obstructive jaundice conditions. Includes gallbladder cancer, bile duct cancer, pancreatic head cancer, ampullary cancer, and malignant duodenal tumors; 5. Ultrasound- and CT-guided puncture drainage and biopsy techniques. Includes drainage for acute suppurative cholecystitis, obstructive suppurative cholangitis, liver abscesses, and obstructive jaundice, as well as biopsy of liver tumors.
