Beijing Anzhen Hospital is a public Class A tertiary general hospital focused on heart, lung and vascular diseases, and is the National Clinical Research Center for Cardiovascular Diseases. It has Chaoyang and Tongzhou campuses and a VIP clinic (特需门诊). No dedicated international department was found on its site.

Beijing Chao-Yang Hospital is a public Class A tertiary general hospital with three campuses. Its International Medical Department was approved in 2023 as one of 17 Beijing international medical pilot institutions and runs outpatient clinics at the main and Changying campuses plus a 17-bed ward at Changying. It accepts self-pay, Beijing medical insurance and commercial insurance direct billing.

Beijing Friendship Hospital is a public Class A tertiary general hospital founded in 1952. Its International Medical Center operates at the Xicheng and Tongzhou campuses with an international clinic, a health check-up center and a medical aesthetics center, and works with domestic and foreign insurers. It publishes a 24-hour English-language phone line.

Beijing Jishuitan Hospital is a public Class A tertiary general hospital whose key disciplines are orthopedics and burns/plastic surgery. Its VIP & International Medical Department, founded in 2004, has 44 consulting rooms across three campuses and 17 beds at Huilongguan, covering trauma, spine, hand, pediatric orthopedics, sports injuries and foot & ankle plus general specialties.

Beijing Mingde Hospital (BOE group; website oasishealth.cn) is a private general hospital in Chaoyang District with about 30 departments, 24-hour emergency, ICU and NICU, and CT/MRI. It states free 24-hour Chinese–English bilingual service and direct billing with more than 100 domestic and foreign insurers.

Beijing Tiantan Hospital is a public Class A tertiary general hospital led by clinical neuroscience and a national center for neurological diseases. Its International Department opened in 2018 as one of Beijing’s first international medical reform pilots and occupies a separate building with outpatient and consultation centers, 150 beds, ICU, operating rooms and imaging.

Beijing Tongren Hospital is a public hospital in Dongcheng District, Beijing. Its website publishes a general hotline and address; no international department page or foreign-language contact was found.

Beijing United Family Hospital, opened in 1997 in the Lido/Jiangtai area of Chaoyang District, is the flagship private hospital of the United Family Healthcare network. It provides full-service care for expatriates, international residents, diplomats and Chinese families, with more than 200 full-time physicians and 24-hour emergency services. The hospital holds College of American Pathologists (CAP) accreditation and HIMSS EMRAM Stage 6 (Inpatient) certification, and direct-bills most major insurance carriers.

Boao Evergrande International Hospital is a private tertiary oncology specialty hospital in the Boao Lecheng pilot zone, opened on 28 February 2018 and designed to JCI standards with guidance from Brigham and Women's Hospital (Harvard Medical School teaching hospital). Phase one has 223 single-room inpatient beds plus a 424-bed care/rehabilitation building. Its international medical service arranges remote consultations — including second opinions with pathology and imaging review — with US medical institutions.

Boao Super Hospital is a state-holding tertiary general hospital and the first hospital to open in the Boao Lecheng International Medical Tourism Pilot Zone, operating since 31 March 2018 with 150 open beds. It runs a '1+X' shared-platform model hosting 23 academician- and expert-led clinical teams, and has introduced 189 licensed drugs and devices (特许药械) approved abroad but not yet registered in mainland China. The website is in Chinese only and no dedicated international patient desk is published.

C-MER (Shenzhen) Dennis Lam Eye Hospital is a private eye hospital in Futian founded by ophthalmologist Dennis Lam and part of the Hong Kong-listed C-MER group (03309.HK). It describes itself as a Shenzhen–Hong Kong cooperative hospital and a designated institution for the Hong Kong & Macao drug and device access program. A second site is in Bao'an. No international desk is published.

Changsha Aier Eye Hospital is the original hospital of Aier Eye Hospital Group, whose group headquarters share the same Furong South Road address in Changsha. Its VIP & International Medical Center combines special-needs clinics, a difficult eye disease consultation center and wards, with one-on-one patient assistants for booking, visits and treatment. The center states its scope covers the whole field of ophthalmology across all ages.

The Children's Hospital of Chongqing Medical University is a public paediatric hospital in Yuzhong District. It is one of five hospitals on Chongqing's first official list of foreign-related medical service hospitals (2024), and the municipal health commission published a 24-hour Chinese–English consultation number for it.

China-Japan Friendship Hospital is a large public hospital in Chaoyang District, Beijing, with a dedicated International Department (国际部). The department publishes enquiry, appointment and emergency phone lines and accepts bookings via the hospital app, official WeChat account and the 114 platform. Its site lists insurance cooperation and both Western-medicine and TCM services.

Chongqing People's Hospital is a municipal public general hospital. It is one of five hospitals on Chongqing's first official list of foreign-related medical service hospitals (2024), and the municipal health commission published a 24-hour Chinese–English consultation number for it. Its own website could not be reached during research, so address and department details are not included.

Clifford Hospital in Panyu, founded in 2001 by a Hong Kong group, is a private Grade 3A hospital integrating Chinese and Western medicine. It states it was the first large Grade 3A integrated hospital in China to pass JCI accreditation and is one of Guangdong's first pilot hospitals for international medical services. Its International Department publishes an email, an overseas hotline and WhatsApp.

Grade 3A municipal hospital founded in 1947 as the Dalian Sino-Soviet Hospital; it describes itself as the first foreign-related hospital directly under the city. Its International Medical Department has an outpatient clinic on the 1st floor of the outpatient/emergency building, an inpatient ward on the 8th floor, and a 24-hour phone line; the department page is bilingual Chinese/English.
