Beijing Friendship Hospital is a public Class A tertiary general hospital founded in 1952. Its International Medical Center operates at the Xicheng and Tongzhou campuses with an international clinic, a health check-up center and a medical aesthetics center, and works with domestic and foreign insurers. Beijing Jishuitan Hospital is a public Class A tertiary general hospital whose key disciplines are orthopedics and burns/plastic surgery. Its site lists insurance cooperation and both Western-medicine and TCM services.

Chongqing People's Hospital is a municipal public general hospital. It is one of five hospitals on Chongqing's first official list of foreign-related medical service hospitals (2024), and the municipal health commission published a 24-hour Chinese–English consultation number for it. Its own website could not be reached during research, so address and department details are not included.

Guangdong Provincial People's Hospital, founded in 1946, is a large Grade 3A general hospital with Dongchuan, Pingzhou and Huifu campuses and 18 national clinical key specialties. It is best known for cardiovascular care and hosts the Guangdong Cardiovascular Institute. In 2026 it was named among the first Guangdong pilot hospitals for international medical services, but no international desk contact is published yet.

Haikou People's Hospital (Haikou Affiliated Hospital of Central South University Xiangya School of Medicine) is a 3A general hospital on Haidian Island with about 1,868 open beds, rated A in the 2022 national tertiary public hospital performance appraisal. It is the only hospital in this directory's Haikou set that publishes a dedicated English-language international clinic phone line (0898-66151024). Equipment includes a da Vinci surgical robot, PET-CT and 3.0T MRI.

Hainan General Hospital (now also named Hainan Affiliated Hospital of Hainan Medical University) is the province's largest public general hospital and its first 3A hospital (accredited 1994), tracing its origin to the 1881 Haikou Fude Hospital. The Xiuying campus at 19 Xiuhua Road has about 2,700 open beds and 9 national key clinical specialties. VIP (特需) clinics for internal medicine, surgery, dental, eye and ENT serve patients who want premium access; no dedicated international department is published.

The Hainan hospital of the Chinese PLA General Hospital (the Beijing '301' hospital system) is a military-run public hospital in Sanya's Haitang Bay area. The Sanya municipal patient guide lists it at 80 Jianglin Road, Haitang District, with enquiry hotline 96301. No international patient department or English services are published on sources we could verify.
