Grade 3A municipal hospital founded in 1947 as the Dalian Sino-Soviet Hospital; it describes itself as the first foreign-related hospital directly under the city. Raffles Medical Dalian Clinic is a private outpatient clinic of Singapore-listed Raffles Medical Group in the Jinpu New Area (Development Zone) of Dalian. A China Daily listing states it was established in 2007 and provides general family consultations and health screenings to corporate and individual patients. The official site lists orthopaedics, general surgery, visa health checkup, dental, aesthetics, internal medicine, paediatrics and vaccination, and publishes a booking hotline.

Grade 3A general teaching hospital founded in 1958 and a Liaoning regional medical centre. Its International Medical Department, by Xinghai Bay, was upgraded in 2025–26 with a 15-person nursing team. No phone, email or language information for the department is published.
