It appears in the U.S. Consulate Wuhan hospital list with operator and after-hours numbers. No international department information could be verified from official sources during research.

Xiangya Hospital of Central South University is a large public hospital in Changsha. In 2015 it opened the Xiangya International Medical Center (XIMC), developed with the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center (UPMC) and described by the Hunan health commission as the first international medical department of a large public hospital in Hunan. The Hunan government page says XIMC follows JCI-standard procedures; this is not the same as JCI accreditation.
