Arrail Dental's flagship clinic in Beijing sits on the second floor of the Beijing Friendship Store on Jianguomenwai Avenue, in the embassy and CBD corridor. Arrail Dental is the premium brand of Arrail Group, which opened its first clinic in Beijing in 1999 and runs 40+ clinics in seven major cities. The clinic offers implantology, crowns and veneers, orthodontics, root canal treatment and routine check-ups and cleaning.

Beijing Anzhen Hospital is a public Class A tertiary general hospital focused on heart, lung and vascular diseases, and is the National Clinical Research Center for Cardiovascular Diseases. It has Chaoyang and Tongzhou campuses and a VIP clinic (特需门诊). No dedicated international department was found on its site.

Beijing Chao-Yang Hospital is a public Class A tertiary general hospital with three campuses. Its International Medical Department was approved in 2023 as one of 17 Beijing international medical pilot institutions and runs outpatient clinics at the main and Changying campuses plus a 17-bed ward at Changying. It accepts self-pay, Beijing medical insurance and commercial insurance direct billing.

Beijing Friendship Hospital is a public Class A tertiary general hospital founded in 1952. Its International Medical Center operates at the Xicheng and Tongzhou campuses with an international clinic, a health check-up center and a medical aesthetics center, and works with domestic and foreign insurers. It publishes a 24-hour English-language phone line.

Beijing Jishuitan Hospital is a public Class A tertiary general hospital whose key disciplines are orthopedics and burns/plastic surgery. Its VIP & International Medical Department, founded in 2004, has 44 consulting rooms across three campuses and 17 beds at Huilongguan, covering trauma, spine, hand, pediatric orthopedics, sports injuries and foot & ankle plus general specialties.

Beijing Mingde Hospital (BOE group; website oasishealth.cn) is a private general hospital in Chaoyang District with about 30 departments, 24-hour emergency, ICU and NICU, and CT/MRI. It states free 24-hour Chinese–English bilingual service and direct billing with more than 100 domestic and foreign insurers.

Beijing Tiantan Hospital is a public Class A tertiary general hospital led by clinical neuroscience and a national center for neurological diseases. Its International Department opened in 2018 as one of Beijing’s first international medical reform pilots and occupies a separate building with outpatient and consultation centers, 150 beds, ICU, operating rooms and imaging.

Beijing Tongren Hospital is a public hospital in Dongcheng District, Beijing. Its website publishes a general hotline and address; no international department page or foreign-language contact was found.

Beijing United Family Hospital, opened in 1997 in the Lido/Jiangtai area of Chaoyang District, is the flagship private hospital of the United Family Healthcare network. It provides full-service care for expatriates, international residents, diplomats and Chinese families, with more than 200 full-time physicians and 24-hour emergency services. The hospital holds College of American Pathologists (CAP) accreditation and HIMSS EMRAM Stage 6 (Inpatient) certification, and direct-bills most major insurance carriers.

China-Japan Friendship Hospital is a large public hospital in Chaoyang District, Beijing, with a dedicated International Department (国际部). The department publishes enquiry, appointment and emergency phone lines and accepts bookings via the hospital app, official WeChat account and the 114 platform. Its site lists insurance cooperation and both Western-medicine and TCM services.

Fuwai Hospital of the Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences is a cardiovascular hospital in Xicheng District, Beijing. It runs a VIP outpatient clinic on weekdays bookable via the Beijing unified booking platform, 114, the official WeChat account and the “掌上阜外” app. No separate international department was found.

Guang'anmen Hospital of the China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences runs an International Medical Department, founded in 2009, for international patients, insurance clients and self-pay patients. It offers TCM and integrative care, international remote consultations and TCM second opinions, and medical-travel packages such as sleep and cardiac rehabilitation. Peking Union Medical College Hospital is a public Class A tertiary general hospital in central Beijing. Its International Medical Services (IMS) has served embassy staff and foreigners since 1951 and runs its own outpatient, emergency and inpatient areas at the Dongdan campus. IMS has dedicated booking lines for foreigners and embassies and direct billing with about 30 commercial insurers.

Peking University Cancer Hospital is a cancer hospital in Haidian District, Beijing, with a main campus at Fucheng Road 52 and a north campus at Fucheng Road 81. It has a VIP clinic section on its website, but no international department or foreign-language service was found.

Peking University International Hospital is a large non-profit general hospital in northern Beijing with an International Medical Center for foreign patients and commercial-insurance clients. It has bilingual signage, a foreign-language booking line and booking platform, and bilingual medical documents such as discharge summaries. It reports direct-billing agreements with more than 42 commercial insurers.

Peking University Third Hospital set up an International Medical Department in 2023, offering outpatient and inpatient one-stop services, VIP specialist appointments and nurse escorts. The department has its own outpatient area, VIP clinic, endoscopy center and a reproductive medicine center serving domestic and international patients.

Raffles Hospital Beijing is a small private hospital in Chaoyang District, operated by Singapore-listed Raffles Medical Group. The group states it was established in 1994 as a medical centre and converted into a hospital in 2020, with a 21-bed capacity as a tier 1 hospital. It runs a 24-hour service line and a 24-hour emergency line.
