Proficient in interventional diagnosis and treatment of pulmonary diseases, including bronchial artery embolization for hemoptysis or pre-embolization before biopsy of hypervascular tumors; bronchial arterial chemoembolization (BACE) for pulmonary tumors; diagnosis and treatment of pulmonary hypertension, including right-heart catheterization; acute pulmonary vascular reactivity testing; balloon pulmonary angioplasty (BPA) for chronic thromboembolic pulmonary hypertension (CTEPH); catheter-directed thrombolysis/thrombectomy for acute pulmonary embolism; inferior vena cava filter placement; and conventional nonvascular interventional diagnosis and treatment techniques such as catheter drainage of lung abscesses under DSA and CT-guided percutaneous lung biopsy. Proficient in diagnosis and treatment of common respiratory diseases (COPD, asthma, tumors, interstitial lung disease, etc.); management of acute and critically ill patients (establishment and management of artificial airways, invasive/noninvasive ventilation, invasive hemodynamic monitoring, etc.); and routine bronchoscopic diagnosis and treatment (lavage, thoracoscopy, EBUS-TBNA, EBUS-GS, rigid bronchoscopy airway intervention, airway foreign bodies, stenosis, laser-balloon dilation-stent placement, APC, cryotherapy, etc.).
